Thank you, Xavier, for introducing me to the Power Plate! What an awesome device. I am an Army combat veteran with injuries to my legs caused by projectiles and shrapnel. I've had several surgeries on my legs to repair the damage. Good work overall but very painful with limited residual movement. Today was my first time using the Power Plate. I am a believer! First of all it left me feeling like I just had a workout. There was some pain because of my condition but that subsided almost entirely after an hour or so and my legs were stronger! I could walk easier and my balance was also improved. I will be using the Power Plate in my workout regimen from now on. Folks, you really ought to try this. I think that like me, you'll notice definite improvement of physical movement and strength.

Extreme patience and optimism help motivate me to go beyond where my doctors said I could. 18 months after a stroke and still improving every week. With Xavier's help I will be able to walk again and then I teach him how to ski!
